Stay away , terrible. A package was shipped to me from this place, it arrived damaged. I called Josh about a claim.
Welcoming and knowledgeable staff, definitely will continue to use their services.
“ How in the hell can I make a call to damage dept if you on the dam phone ? “ If he worked for me, he would not have a job. Beware, UPS doesn’t tell you this, packages must have 2” clearance around item & be packed with UPS approved packing material. My item had bubble wrap with UPS Bubble Wrap sticker still on & they still denied the claim. NEVER USE UPS. Use Fedex or USPS
The manager at this store is a horrible, uneducated person, my wife tried to return some tires we purchase on Amazon by mistake, they send only one ticket to return 4tires, the manager couldn’t take time to solve the issue UPS was having becose was only one return ticket for such a big package, he send my wife to contact F@$&king!!!! Amazon so they can solve the issue, he’s unprofessional, and disrespectful . The Avon store send the tires away.
This store supposedly offers a shredding service. I called before going to the store and it was confirmed that they offer shredding and I was told to bring the papers to the store. I hauled 75 lbs of paper to the store in 6 containers. Once they were all carried into the score, the same clerk that told me to bring the papers down proceeded to tell me that all secure shredding containers were full and he could not accept my papers. Looking at the containers, it was apparent that you probably couldn't have slipped a postage stamp into them - they were packed tightly and had probably been like that for months. They don't care - I don't care ! STAY AWAY !
This place shouldn’t be in business ;from manager to employees they all are doing their best to push people away from going there really it’s like they just don’t want you to go there .They are unhelpful,got attitude,I don’t want to say rude but they can be and many times they mess up too.i and my family will help them achieving their goal by not giving them any business in the future. Honestly Canton deserves better than this. Wish I could give them 0 star .
