Hoffman Nissan Auto Body took in my jeep after it was severely damaged by a deer. They were extremely thorough and answered any questions i had. Art was always prompt on getting back to me regarding the progress of my vehicle. The mechanic Bob did an incredible job and explained everything they had to do. Hoffman used quality jeep parts and did a beautiful job making it look new again, in a reasonable about of time. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly and professionally addressed. They are the best of the best, very good people, and I wouldn't trust anyone else repairing my vehicle. Thankyou so much again, Hoffman.

I was able to schedule an appointment at my preferred time. When I arrived at the service department, I was promptly greeted by the service representative who entered my service requests—performed two recalls, rotated the tires and did a synthetic oil change. Washing the truck was very much appreciated. The waiting area was very pleasant and the Internet access worked well. All of this was completed in about an hour. By 8:30, I was on my way to work. Very pleased with the service and look forward to returning in the future.
