Had a great experience with Mitchell Subaru! Kayla and Nick were great and George in the finance office made it a clear and efficient process and met my needs without overselling me. They were very nice, straightforward, didn't pressure me, worked with me on the exact finance terms I sought, and were willing to correspond with me after hours to make sure everything was in order to drive off w/my new car the next day. After a few prior bad experiences with dealerships not being straightforward on pricing and acting shady overall, I'm glad I found myself at Mitchell Subaru. I would definitely buy from them again!

The staff was very understanding of the partial reluctance to getting a car after a previous experience at a not so trustworthy dealership. At Mitchell Subaru Jessie my saleswoman did an amazing job at making me feel more comfortable in the search for a car. Her fun and friendly attitude was very welcoming. Josh also did an excellent job in the process by being friendly and with amazing patience he came up with a doable monthly payment including insurance and snow tires! Such wonderful people! Will recommend this place to others! Well worth the trip!
