The other nice thing was how automated their closing procedures have become. Ken wasted none of my time and has created a simple methodology, utilizing a desk top sized tablet, that electronically eliminated all the fine print which creates an easy environment for getting the paperwork done.
The entire team was tremendous to work with. We purchased a car for my son. George is a terrific salesperson and a true VW expert. Jennifer in service was so helpful in connecting us to all of the people we needed due to a complicated trade in.
